7. OTHER PROVISIONS

No Waiver: Software Animals, LLC’s failure to exercise or enforce any of its rights shall not constitute a waiver of such right, unless such waiver is in writing and specifying the right being waived.

Severability: If one or more provisions of the Terms of Use are held to be unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be excluded from the Terms of Use and the balance of the Terms of Use shall be interpreted as if such provision were so excluded and shall be enforceable in accordance with its terms.

Governing Law: The Terms of Use have been made in and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with Washington law without giving effect to principles on conflicts of law.
